Refund Policies

Please read carefully. By purchasing Products and Services (“Courses”, “Workshops”, “Trainings”, “Trailblazin Tech Pro”, “Membership”, “Digital Downloads”, and all other products sold by Trailblazin Tech) from Trailblazin Tech, the following Refund Policies are entered into by Trailblazin Tech (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) and You (“Client”, “Customer”, or “You”), and You agree to the following terms stated herein. 

Courses, Workshops, and Trainings

Immediately upon signup you have access to knowledge and trainings that will immediately provide you with the value advertised in that particular Course, Workshop, or Training. We do not offer any money back guarantee and no refunds will be issued.

Trailblazin Tech Pro Membership

When you sign up for Trailblazin Tech Pro, you immediately gain access to a whole library of information where most of the content is only available to active Trailblazin Tech Pro members. You also gain access to downloadable tools, a community of members who openly share their experiences, and to Trailblazin Tech live streams and office hours.

We do not offer refunds for Trailblazin Tech Pro. You will not be issued a refund for any remaining days or months of the Service after your cancellation, and any remaining installment, default, or late payments will be due immediately.

Consulting & Coaching Calls

Consultation and Coaching Fee (Consultation). Consultations are provided at a flat fee, which must be paid in advance and constitutes full payment for the consultations. The consultation fee is fully earned upon receipt, subject to the cancellation and refund policy set forth below. You may cancel the consultation (thereby terminating any relationship with Trailblazin Tech) for any reason, and we may also cancel the consultation for any reason. You may be entitled to a refund of a portion of the consultation fee if the consultation is not provided, subject to the cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellations, No-Shows, & Refunds 

  • Single Paid Consultation Calls: If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with at least 24-hours notice will receive a 75% refund, which you agree is the fee earned by Trailblazin Tech for losing the time slot which we would have otherwise been able to book, plus the administrative time to refund and reslot the consultation time. Any consultation that is not started within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will receive a refund of the amount paid less 50%, which you agree is the fee earned by Trailblazin Tech for preparation for the consultation. Because our time is limited, and we receive more requests for consultations and client work than we can fill, no-shows will not receive a refund of the fees paid. You will receive a full refund if we cancel the consultation.
  • Coaching Programs: If you need to cancel or reschedule a weekly call, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with at least 24-hours notice will be rescheduled. Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice may not be rescheduled and are considered earned by Trailblazin Tech for losing the time slot which we would have otherwise been able to book, plus the administrative time to reslot the consultation time. Any consultation that is not started within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. No-shows will not receive a credit or refund of any fees paid, and your session will be forfeit for the week. You will receive a session credit (reschedule) for any session if Trailblazin Tech needs to cancel.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are available to you immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of this product, no refunds are provided for any downloads sold by Trailblazin Tech.

Chargebacks

Since we have a clear and explicit refund policy, that you must agree to prior to purchase of any Service, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback (threat or actual) from you, your credit card company, issuing bank, or credit card processor. If a chargeback is placed on a purchase, or if we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account, which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, IP addresses, order date, order amount, billing address, and all other information you provided willingly during the purchase.
