The TechDesk Suite is built on our proven P.I.E. Framework, designed to simplify your journey from overwhelmed to organized.

1. Plan

We start with a personalized Business Alignment Assessment to identify where automation can make the biggest impact in your business. Not only do we target opportunities for automation, we’ll tap into your unique Human Design to help you create an optimal setup that is perfect for your business. 2. Implement

Next, with your strategy established, I will personalize and configure your TechDesk Suite, which includes setting up the CRM, migrating data, and creating automation workflows. You won’t need to lift a finger because I’ll handle everything for you. The setup is designed to get you quickly operational with the TechDesk Suite so that you can start booking calls, sending emails, and managing your contacts efficiently. Once this is accomplished, we shift focus to developing your automations to ensure everything operates seamlessly and begins saving you time. Throughout this process, I provide training on each component of your TechDesk Suite so that you become proficient in using it. Generally, this phase lasts about two to three months from beginning to end.

3. Evaluate (and Optimize)

Once your system is up and running, I will conduct quarterly check-ins to fine-tune and enhance your workflows as your business evolves. Why is regular evaluation important? Because automation isn’t meant to be a “set it and forget it” solution. We need to ensure that the automation is performing as intended. If it’s not meeting its goals, we’ll identify ways to make improvements so that it does. This involves revisiting the planning phase and implementing necessary adjustments.

This process ensures that your systems are aligned with your unique business needs and ready to scale with you.
