FAQ

What does the sign-up process look like?

Signing up for the TechDesk Suite starts with a phone call. We like to do this for two reasons: 1) we want to make sure we’re a good fit to work together, and 2) we want to make sure we answer any questions you might have before spending your hard-earned money. It also gives us an opportunity to make sure you’re getting the right level of support for your business. We want everything we do to be a win-win for you & us.

After the call, if you’re ready to sign up, we will send over a link to our checkout page, which you can pay at your convenience.

From there, we will be in touch with next steps for onboarding based on the package & add-ons purchased. This typically involves getting your domain name connected to the TechDesk Suite so you can start sending emails (the Quick Start Setup), setting up your website, and giving you access to the community & members’ area.

Rest assured, Trailblazin Tech is with you every step of the way.

What does my monthly fee cover?

I like to put it like this. Your monthly fee covers three things: 1) access to your tools (WordPress, HighLevel, and whatever else we incorporate in the future), 2) unlimited community support, and 3) peace of mind knowing that Trailblazin Tech partners with you & takes care of keeping everything up-to-date and in working order for you.

What kind of work can I get done with the done-for-you service?

You can get just about any tech-related work done through our done-for-you service. Got a webinar or new product launch coming up & want to build a sales funnel? Let us do it for you. Need a new form built for your site? We got you. Don’t have time to build your new course? We can handle it.

Let us know what work you need done & we’ll give you an estimate of how long it’ll take to accomplish and a timeline for when you can expect it to be completed. We’ll always let you know if you need to purchase additional DFY hours before we start work. We won’t drop any surprise charges on you.

I thought all-in-one services were bad?

Yes, an all-in-one solution is usually bad if you keep your entire business model in one piece of software. That’s true for any tool you use. My mantra is to use the best tool for the job, while maintaining modularity. You want to be able to move pieces of your business as needed and easily attach them to the other components of your business. I do not run everything in HighLevel or WordPress. We will strategize on what is best for your business and work together to identify the best path forward for your business.

Is there a long-term commitment?

There is no long-term commitment with the TechDesk Elevation Suite. You are not locked into any contracts and you can cancel whenever you want, as you are billed on a monthly basis. As a courtesy, we ask that you give us 30 days notice of cancellation so we can make preparations for handling your data.

Can I send SMS messages with the TechDesk Suite?

SMS messaging and phone calls are not enabled as part of our service. If it is something you want as part of your TechDesk Suite, we can enable it for your account, and then you will be billed for your usage. We will also make sure you get everything set up so you are approved to send messages. Prices are as follows (for US & Canada):

Phone numbers: $1.15/mo (local) or $2.15/mo (toll-free)
SMS (text): $0.0079 per segment for inbound & outbound messages
MMS (multimedia): $0.0200 per segment for outbound & $0.0100 per segment for inbound ($0.0200 for toll-free numbers)
Phone calls: $0.0140 / minute outbound & $0.0085 / minute inbound ($0.0220 for toll-free numbers)

For $10 you can send & receive roughly 1250 SMS segments (a segment is 260 characters).

Note: SMS approval can take anywhere from 3 to 10 days and requires having an established business with an EIN.

Can I run a community with the TechDesk Elevation Suite?

It can. You can do this through your HighLevel account. It is not something we set up by default, but it works well, has a gray-label app, and you can even deliver your courses with the platform for a more seamless integration.

What about price increases?

We stand by our word that we won’t charge you more just because your business grows. There are no surprise price hikes just because you use our service more. If your usage increases beyond a certain threshold, we will notify you first to discuss how we can adjust your usage.

As it relates to our base prices, Trailblazin Tech reserves the right to adjust the amount of the agreed prices and rates annually on January 1st, with a maximum increase of 5% per year. This is communicated to clients via an email notification. If Trailblazin Tech introduces new products as upgrades to the platform, these will be priced separately, and you have the choice to use these new products without it affecting your existing agreement.

In the event of a pricing update, your current pricing would be subject to the terms outlined in your agreement with Trailblazin Tech. Typically, any changes to the pricing structure would not affect your current billing cycle but may be applied to subsequent billing periods. It is advisable to review any written notifications from Trailblazin Tech regarding pricing adjustments to understand how they may impact your future invoices.

Can I host the TechDesk Elevation Suite myself?

You can certainly do this, but our clients often choose to have us manage it so they don’t have to worry about managing the tech themselves. Hosting it yourself requires obtaining your own web hosting (we will share with you our preferred web hosts) and securing your own licensed copy of all the tools we use. You also would not have access to all the features included in our HighLevel white label setup unless you paid for their $297/mo plan. Essentially, you would be paying us to do a one-off project that doesn’t include any of the perks & support of being a TechDesk Suite member. Contact us for further details.
